How do I place an order?
To place an order, you need to sign up first. On a mobile device, click the settings button on the top right. On a computer, simply click the “Sign Up” button. You can easily sign up by logging in with your Google or Facebook account.
Once logged in, use the search bar to find the product you’re looking for. To add a product to your cart, click the “Add to Cart” button located on the product page or next to the product image. After adding an item, a side cart will open from the right side. From there, click “Checkout”. On the checkout page, fill in your name, address, and contact details, then select your shipping and payment methods before clicking “Place Order”.
Are the products original?
Yes, all products available at Onisha Cosmetics are 100% original. We do not sell any replica, duplicate, or counterfeit products. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.
Why are your products so affordable?
We are able to offer our products at lower prices because we import them directly from countries like China, Thailand, and England through personal shipments. By cutting out middlemen, we can avoid extra costs. Additionally, as a single-vendor website, we don’t have to pay commissions, which allows us to pass these savings on to you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Dhaka City are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For orders outside Dhaka City, we use reputable courier services like Pathao, RedEx, and Sundarban. Please note that delivery may sometimes be delayed due to product stock availability or issues with the courier company.
What are the delivery charges?
For Dhaka City, the delivery charge is 60 BDT for up to 1 kg. For every additional kg, there is an extra charge of 15 BDT. For areas outside Dhaka City, delivery charges start from 120 BDT. For specific items like eyeshadow and grocery products, please contact us on our Facebook page for a delivery charge estimate.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Cash on Delivery is only available for orders within Dhaka City. For orders outside Dhaka City, you can place your order by making an advance payment of 100 BDT. This amount is used to confirm your order and will be adjusted with your final payment upon delivery. Please note that this advance payment is non-refundable if you fail to receive the product.
Do you have any physical showrooms?
Yes, we have showrooms in Dhaka and Chittagong. You can find the exact addresses on our “Contact” page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of convenient payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Rocket, Nagad, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
Do the products work?
As a retailer, we guarantee the authenticity and originality of every product we sell. However, we cannot guarantee the specific results or performance of the products, as this depends on individual usage and skin type. Since all our products are original, they are generally expected to work as intended.
