We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, free gifts, and original tags must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange process, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • A photo of the product if it is damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). We will arrange for a free return or exchange and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged item as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit. Please allow [e.g., 5-7] business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchange Process

For an exchange, we will ship the new item to you after we receive and inspect the returned item. If there is a price difference, we will inform you of the adjustment.

Return Shipping

  • Customer’s Responsibility: If you are returning an item for a reason other than it being damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Our Responsibility: We will cover all shipping costs for returns or exchanges of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
